Very old school indeed. Everything is cooked using charcoal fire. But the boss and chef was very friendly, chatting with Hokkien and Mandarin intertwined.
My mate ordered the mung bean noodles soup, to be served with slices of pork belly.
The soup was very umami and succulent, tasting very natural.
