Another noodle dish that is famous locally - although it would be one that I wouldn't be rushing back to taste it in a big rush. Here, noodles were thrown into a thin paste made from fermented green beans and then cooked, hence the dish has a slightly offending sourish fermented aroma and taste.
There were minced pork and crushed peanuts as well as some root vegetables added as ingredients but the sourish taste was just too off-putting for me to even try to eat more. My mate was not impressed either and the bowl of noodle was pretty much left untouched.
