Rhubarb Sorbet

Dessert @ "The Builders Arms Hotel".

 

The sharp and tart tanginess of rhubarb is a very quintessential Aussie taste, so it does find itself into many desserts in Australia.

 

However, here, curiously, I was getting more of a 'hawthorn' character rather than the acidic sharpness of rhubarb.
