云南野菜饼 (Yunnan Wild Vegetable Pancakes)

Dinner with family @ "藏珑云海", a restaurant offering Yunnan style cuisine.

 

Crispy to the bite and lovingly alliaceous in taste (they reminded me of very thin onion pancakes, popular in China), these thin pancakes were well executed and worth the long wait for them.
