养生黑木耳 (Black Woodear Fungus Appetiser)

Dinner @ "楼外楼", a famous Hangzhou restaurant with family.

 

My sis is a big fan of black woodear fungus. Boiled and then flavoured with vinegar, soysauce and maybe some sesame oil, they made a welcoming flavourful and crunchy appetiser.
