烤五花肉 (Barbecue Pork Belly)

Dinner with family @ "藏珑云海", a restaurant offering Yunnan style cuisine.

 

The slices of pork belly had a smoky crispiness to them but no way as crunchy as the Cantonese version.

 

I found the slices too fatty for my personal liking - they were more fat then meat.
