Serrano Ham & Mushroom Croquettes

Dinner with a mate in Pintxos.

 

You can't really go wrong with anything using ham or bacon.

These are delicious morsels of fried heaven.

 

The ham permeated the croquettes with an orgasmic savouriness while the mushroom complemented with its natural umaminess.

 

I wouldn't mind having more servings.
