"Coconut Cooler" Mocktail

Having lunch @ "The Coconut Terrace" of the Palau Pacific Resort, before hitting the beach.

 

Made with Coconut syrup, Cream and Coconut Flakes.

 

I am not into alcohol. But I love coconut and the idea of a coconut based mocktail held great appeal.

 

Rich, fragrant and sweet - all quite perfect really for an afternoon under the sun.
