Grilled Reef Fish Fillet With Coconut Rice

Having lunch @ "The Coconut Terrace" of the Palau Pacific Resort, before hitting the beach.

 

Part of the "Palauan Sampler".

 

The fish was quite nice - soft, tender. almost flaky and rather fresh. Does not reek.

 

I like the coconut rice - rice fried with toasted coconut bits with some fried garlic. Very fragrant and very tasty.
