Hotplate Squid

Dinner @ Storyboard Beach Resort on Peleliu Island, run by a Filipino family.

 

Hotplate seems to be the favoured choice of serving the main dish. Not that I mind - I do love a good hotplate.

 

Unfortunately, the squid rings were a tad overdone and they were quite rubbery. But I was really glad to have them nonetheless compared to having the Fried Mackerel.
