Fried Fish Cakes

Dinner @ Storyboard Beach Resort on Peleliu Island, run by a Filipino family.

 

You can't go wrong with fried stuff and these fried breaded fish cakes were sumptuous. Paired up really well with white rice.

 

Industrially made and presumed bought frozen....Palau is a long way from anything.....so I was pretty grateful to have these actually!
