BBQ Chicken Thigh With Rice

Dinner @ Cliffside Hotel's Turtle Cove Restaurant.

 

Part of my first meal in Palau. It was a sumptuous meal - servings are rather large!

 

Unfortunately, the chef, while seasoned the chicken well, served the chicken undercooked with a pinkish raw centre. Inevitably, this has to be sent back to the kitchen to be zapped, which kinda ruin the "Yeah, we arrived" euphoria.
