馄饨牛肉汤 (Beef & Wonton Soup)

The version from "金温州大餛飩".

 

This was the start of our lunch.

And it was a good start.

 

The minced pork wontons were satisfying huge (the biggest I have ever seen...) WITHOUT sacrificing texture and taste.

 

The beef pieces were marrowy and tallowy - it may not be for everyone but cooked soft by the hot soup, there were extremely tender and umami, and were just pure beefy delights.
