Squid Ink Pasta With Seafood

Dinner @ Pintxos, a new Spanish Tapas Bar in Shanghai.

 

It is always challenging to try to eat something smothered in black sauce.....but in all true fairness, this was a well done al dente pasta. I think of the taste as being more Aglio Oilo but with squid ink added.

 

We didn't really finish this dish, regretfully. This was a main dish and by the time, we had finished the tapas, we were ready to raise the white flag.
