排骨面 (Pork Ribs Noodles)

Night out in Liouhe Night Market (六合夜市) in Gaoxiong.

 

I wanted noodles and was drawn in by this shop, packed full with clients.

I wasn't disappointed. No, not a stewed minced meat noodle.

I chose the dry noodles, which came flavoured with stew gravy, mung bean sprouts and slices of boiled pork. Quite al dente!
