菜脯饼 (Preserved Radish Crackers)

A common snack in Taiwan.

 

Noodle style snacks are popular in Asia.

This item proclaims to contain preserved radishes as an ingredient but I could not find it. All I taste is generally soysauce.

 

It is crunchy though......but I was expecting that lovely fermented savouriness from the preserved radishes and so I was kinda disappointed.
