海鮮餅 (Fried Seafood Nuggets)
The version from "周式蝦卷".
The young couple just ahead of myself were whispering to each other, with the girlfriend insisting they ordered the fried seafood nuggets along with the fried prawn rolls. I couldn't helped but eavedropped, but trying my best to look I wasn't (chuckle).
And of course, I ordered them too.
The nuggets were indeed good. A mix medley of seafood ingredients I reckon, fish, prawns, squid all mashed up into a paste, breaded and the deep-fried. I wasn't sure but did the chef add some mashed potatoes? The insides were molten lava-like, so the first bites were scalding hot.
