Almond Jelly is a popular dessert in the south it seems.

Almond jelly has this polarising taste - because of the chemical component, Benzaldehyde. You either like it or hate it.

 

I love it.

Baby bottom-soft wobbly almond jelly, served on shaved ice, flavoured with brown sugar with added topping of cooked yam paste.
