番薯碰 (Fried Sweet Potato Puff)

Street Food! Snacks from "林家番薯碰".

 

I have not really seen these in Taipei.

 

Almost doughnut like with a sweet potato mash centre.

Oily of course, but nice, sweet and earthy.
