台南担仔米粉 (Tainan Minced Pork Rice Vermicelli)
This is the version from '洪芋頭擔仔麵'.
I think the taste of this dish, works very well for rice vermicelli, as the thinness of the vermicelli absorbs the savouriness of the stewed minced pork even more remarkably compared to noodles. In all honesty, I am a bigger fan of the rice vermicelli variety.
