陶锅三卤 (Stewed Assortments)

There is a thing in Taiwan about using soysauce and spices for stewing and braising things. It has a domineering presence.

 

Generally, one can stew almost anything but this three (Egg, Tofu and Pork Balls) would probably be the most common stewed side dishes.
