(Nitrogen Frozen) Popcorn

Lunch @ "The Commune Social" (www.communesocial.com/), a Tapas Bar, associated with Jason Atherton.

 

Popcorn served, after a swim in liquid nitrogen.

Served cold "frozen" crunchy.

Lovely texture and great explosion of flavours in the mouth.

 

My mate was utterly blown away.
