Sweet & Sour Pork

Lunch at a very famous restaurant "松竹庄" serving Chinese food with a Korean twist.

 

What can be more Chinese than "Sweet & Sour Pork"?

Here, the pork pieces were first battered fried and then had the sweet and sour tangy sauce poured into them.

I find the sauce a tad lacking in the tanginess - I would have preferred it to have more plum sauce to up the ooomph factor.
