Korean Onions In Soysauce & Vinegar

Dinner at my favourite Dakgalbi eatery.

 

It is very common to find this condiment (relish?) on Korean stables, especially when consuming meat dishes. I find my local colleagues dunking their pieces of meat into this combo, like it was sambal chilli or ketchup.
