Topshells

Dinner at my favourite Dakgalbi eatery.

 

Seafood is popular in Korea but it has to be the first time that I saw topshells served as a Banchan.

 

It's usually served in a spicy salad and so to see the "raw" form was a tad surprising (well, at least to an outsider). I find it a hassle to try to consume it and so I left it pretty much untouched.
