Korean Pancakes (Jeon)

Dinner at the Food Street at the basement of my Hotel.

 

This colourful plate served up an array of Korean (savoury) pancakes, along with some pieces of Sundae (Korean Blood Sausages).

 

There was Pasanjeok (Skewered pancakes with vegetables and beef), Gochujeon (Green chili pepper pancakes), Pa Jeon (Scallion pancakes), Kimchijeon (Kimchi pancakes), Buchujeon (Vegetable pancake with Asian chives) among others.

 

I like the varieties and the chance to sample so many flavours on 1 plate.

Done
