Kkakdugi (Cubed Radish Kimchi)

We are at a restaurant serving a porky dish for lunch. (More to be revealed later)

 

It was packed with people tucking into the popular dish. Sitting down, there were large jars on the table containing Kkakdugi, which my colleagues scooped out into shallower plates.

 

Fresh green chillies, raw onions and chilli paste were quickly offered to accompany the main dish.
