Dinner in a Mall Food Street eatery.

 

My colleagues love this......and they order it for a number of meals that we had together.

 

Then again, what's not to dislike. It was warm, fluffy and eggy. Very fragrant. It's like eating hardened (savoury) smoothie.

 

I am pretty sure, milk is an essential ingredient to help to deliver all that fluffiness.
