Spicy Jjimdak

I was informed by my colleagues that this is a new mutation of the Andong Jjimdak, prepared with the addition of chilli paste. It is just as sweet but has greater heat and pungency due to the usage of the chilli paste.

 

This is more forgettable, considering that so many of Korean dishes had this signature sweet and spicy taste, although I am not saying that it is not tasty.
