Orange & Thyme Cake

"A hazelnut meringue sponge cake with Mandarin-orange crème and a delicate White Chocolate-Thyme Mousse".
Thyme....I didn't really detect. Mandarin orange....just the faintest smidgen. White chocolate? Ooooo....the entire 'She Bangs". Rich, creamy and sweet, the boldness wasn't really that delicate. It was also slightly on the wrong side of sweet.....but I was willing to forgive that as I am a big lover of white chocolate.
