Kryptonite ray
Here’s our hero, Kal-El alias Superman, getting hit by a kryptonite ray from one of Brainiac’s robots.
For quite some time I had thought about which villain to use for this MOC. Of course Lex Luthor came to my mind, but also Bizzaro, Lobo or Mr. Mxyzptlk. In the end, I realised that I had to fill a huge MOC with action. As a result, I created a robot army with the typical 3 (often 5) Brainiac circles on their backs. When I designed them, I tried to stay true to the typical 1930s-1940s comic design.
