Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 18
Chapter 25
Once Harry was back in the water, Myrtle peered through her fingers and said, ‘Go on, then … open it under water!’
Harry lowered the egg beneath the foamy surface, and opened it … and, this time, it did not wail. A gurgling song was coming out of it, a song whose words he couldn’t distinguish through the water.

I love Myrtle – she is amazing. I’m happy that I had the chance to dedicate one of my MOCs to her.
I wanted to build this scene in order to see if I can come up with a simple version of the window mermaid mosaic. Well, using all of your imagination, you might see a mermaid sitting on a boulder in the ocean.
This particular vignette underwent several changes. The most important is probably that I discarded the idea to build large columns, stucco and the pool edge and therefore added the huge system of taps with different coloured water. In the end, the MOC became quite colourful.
