Canyon Walls
Cliffs of Paleozoic limestones and dolomites rise along the south side of the Shoshone Canyon that cuts through the Rattlesnake Anticline near Cody Wyoming. The summit on the south side of the canyon is Cedar Mountain and some of the radio and microwave towers near its culmination can be seen in the photo.
