Coffee Cake/Twist/HMM

This cake has been a family tradition for five generations. It was my great aunt's recipe. We call it Aunt Agnes's Coffee Cake.

The butter rich, yeasted dough is rolled out, covered with beaten egg whites, nuts, cinnamon, and raisins, and then twisted into a log and baked.
