Impediment

Anything that prevents a team member from performing work as efficiently as possible is an impediment. Each team member has an opportunity to announce impediments during the daily standup meeting.

 

The ScrumMaster’s job is to ensure impediments are removed as soon as possible so the team can continue to be productive
