Setting up barrier

Crews set up a barrier between Thames Creek and the area where they excavated and removed contaminated soil. The silt fence ensures that nothing migrates from the work area to the clean water in the creek. Workers were assigned to specific crews on each side of the barrier to prevent cross-contamination.
