SR 167 Green River flooding preps

Here is a bag filled with sand. We will use 660 of these bags over a 2000-foot area on SR 167. One-thousand feet on each side.

 

There is a low point in the road and our survey crews, using our own instruments and inundation maps from the US Army Corps, shows us this spot is the most likely spot to flood first in the event of a big storm.^tjh
