After getting a bypass lane in place, WSDOT contractor crews from Strider Construction closed SR 532 and detour traffic around the work zone as they worked to excavate the area through Church Creek to put in a larger culvert under the highway. The closure began at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11 and is expected to last approximately two weeks.
