Improved highway, better traffic poles

A widened SR 9 in Clearview will require new traffic signals for the extra lanes. Bigger traffic poles with longer arms extending out over the highway are being installed. A worker here helps position one of the new posts. The pole will hold traffic lights, street signs and pedestrian signals.
