During my fall 2011 Jackson Hole, WY fall photography trip, I had ample opportunity to scout the shorelines of various lakes during the height of the day. As a photo taken off the beaten path, the short walk to this site was well worth it.

 

This particular evening I returned to a site which required about a 600 yard walk from where I parked.

 

During the spring and throughout summer, this section is under water because of the huge run off from melting snow and is only reachable in the fall.
