A F for the Din-DIn Train
Back in 1991, this beautiful F7 could be found working weekends on a dinner train. The 106, a former Milwaukee Road unit was on one end with the matching 901 on the other. The train's journey ended in Zenda, WI on Wisconsin and Southern tracks. We chased the train in early October in 1991 on a beautiful Saturday. We got a couple of shots at Zenda while the conductor, in classic railroad uniform, stretched his legs. He's off to the right in this one.
