Central Desktop newsletter
From this month's Central Desktop newsletter, we have an introduction of a new employee as part of their monthly news. A nice touch - something I've seen before, and worked at places which do this in their newsletter, but a nice feature to see, nonetheless. A connection between customers and the company is always encouraging - 'hey, if you need help, call Habib' - and providing his email too is nice. Again, it's a simple customer service 101 idea - putting a face to a name humanizes the relationship between customer and company.
