Gmail filters
I wasn't a huge Gmail convert at first, but it's definitely useful especially when you get the more 'advanced' tools like filters in use. Filters are such an easy thing to set up that I automatically do it for almost all the emails I get from non-personal sources (newsletters, etc.) - that and using GTD principles for organizing the information (i.e. using 'P:Project Name', 'Admin', 'R:Reference - name of topic'). It makes me laugh when I read that people have thousands of emails they haven't read - if you can't prioritize them via easy to use tools like filters, you're not managing your information - it's managing you.
