This is from the GetSatisfaction page for LinkedIn. Feels like it speaks volumes about the commitment to Customer Service from LinkedIn - the last time someone from LinkedIn commented on Get Satisfaction was a year ago. LinkedIn is kind of notorious for having customer service problems, but I had no idea it was this bad.
