I can't unsubscribe - yup, you suck

Putting aside the whole 'information wants to be free, and the only site worth paying for is maybe Consumer Reports, because they do their homework' argument, the inability to unsubscribe after getting on their list is lame. There were multiple unsubscribe buttons, but none lead to an actual form letting me unsubscribe. Lame. I'm sure whatever email newsletter package you're using lets you do that - might be time to configure that, no?
