Coffee on us

Y'know, somehow if it was a crappy Web service I might look down on an effort like this, but the fact that it's a great useful one strikes me as more of a nice touch towards customers. I might have done more of a humours 'meetings = coffee' type of micro ad campaign with a different visual design - and maybe pick up on the coworking/support your local coffee house vibe more than Starbucks per se, but this works nonetheless. As with customer experience, a little can go a long, long way, so kudos for doing it in the first place. Nicely done. Now I just have to find clients who appreciate this kind of service...
