Communication breakdown
Is there something I'm not understanding here? Why do Web services feel that they can speak in an oblique manner to their customers?
Let's see... I tried to use your service to make a call but *you* say I ran out of credits - but then you say I'm a subscriber who's paid for a service (and has the receipt)...but can't use the service ("SkypeOut" minutes)? What am I paying for/subscribed to then? What am I subscribed to, my fairy godmother's secrets?
So for November, December and January it says that my 'Unlimited US & Canada 1 month' service has been delivered to me - and the services I have are Free calls and video, Call phones, Skype To Go, Voicemail and Call forwarding. Is there a 'show me how to make a call please' service?
It's a shame, because their web site's rather nice - but if the content is confusing, why use the service?
