Escape from Alcatraz

Using spoon handles a number of prisoners widened the air vent at the back of the cell. When they were ready they left model heads in the bed and clambered up through the service vents onto the roof. They then scaled down the outside of the building and into San Francisco Bay. None of these men were ever seen again.
