After being declined to salvage the Chitauri tech from the Battle Of New-York Adrian Toomes finds out that Tony Stark is behind the damage control who confiscated the tech, Adrian gathers three of his coworkers to continue their work. 8 years later Adrian Toomes now known as the Vulture uses his tech to steal so he can support his family.
