Caesar's palace sky

Inside Caesar's Palace casino is a mall, decorated with lots of more pantheistic statues. These Forum Shops at Caesars boasts a unique atmosphere that simulates ancient Roman streets and has no visual rival in the world. It has a sky-painted ceiling whose lighting varies from morning to evening.

 

I am not sure whose statue is this. Any guesses?
